It's hard to think back on a time when Mad Decent didn't completely dominate the EDM community. A couple months ago, the label dropped Soundcloud phenom TroyBoi's latest banger " Afterhours ," a neon-laced ode to tapping into that hidden reserve of energy once the mundanities of the day are through. Assisted by Mad Decent ringleader Diplo, the track finds the London-based producer flexing his skills on some stretchy drops between silky vocals from sister duo Nina Sky.
Today, we're premiering the vibrant video for "Afterhours." The clip brings us out of the club to where the real energy is: closing time across New York City. While TroyBoi and Nina Sky turn up alongside restaurant and boutique employees, some Halal cart cooks demonstrate their sick dance moves, too.
