Omarion's birthday is today and instead of asking for gifts he's doling a big one out to fans in the form of a new mixtape called Care Package 3. The eight-song outing features appearances from BJ The Chicago Kid, Kehlani, Problem and Rich Homie Quan. Omarion promised his "day 1's" on Instagram that they're "gonna LOVE this," and even better, it's apparently "just the beginning."
