Justin Bieber spent the last week chalking up Ws, including a No. 1 album in Purpose, a new Billboard Hot 100 record, and a standout performance at the American Music Awards. It looks as though that streak of success will come to a halt this Thanksgiving holiday as the 21-year-old superstar has made two major cancellations.

Bieber was scheduled to appear on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, but revealed on Twitter earlier today that is no longer the case. He apologized for the cancellation and said he would make up for it. "Thank you for the understanding as sometimes life kicks our ass and we need to deal with it."

My apologies to @colbertlateshow as I won't be able to make it to nyc tomorrow for the show. I look forward to making it up to you soon
@StephenAtHome thank you for the understanding as sometimes life kicks our ass and we need to deal with it. I will see u soon. Thank you

Along with his 'Late Show' cancellation, Entertainment Tonight reports Bieber has also nixed his Thanksgiving Day Parade appearance. The singer was scheduled to shoot his parade performance tonight (Nov. 24) in NYC, but opted out for undisclosed personal reasons.
