SOPHIE, having won the hearts and minds of everyone from Diplo to Madonna, is preparing to release his first album (along with a butt plug) as a collection of past singles released on Numbers. We've already heard "Lemonade", "Hard", "BIPP", and "ELLE", but now SOPHIE has shared a brand new track from the album, "MSMSMSM" (out today), and it's as gloriously fun, weird, menacing and thought-provoking as anything else he's released over the last couple of years. With various live shows, and being tapped up for collabs by countless artists, we haven't really heard that much from SOPHIE so this new single has been a long time coming.
According to the label, the album will be released as "silicon product, silicon bubble case, CD, vinyl, and digtal" on November 27.
