Roots Manuva, the undisputed champ of UK rap, is well and truly back this year. With the release of Bleeds drawing ever closer (October 30, to be precise), we've now been blessed with a third track from the album. Roots started teasing tracks back in March with the Four Tet-produced "Facety 2:11", and then "One Thing" last month. The latest cut to be heard, below, is "Don't Breathe Out", which the man himself describes as "Gospel for the out of box thinkers." Sonically, it's an arrestingly beautiful track that combines shimmering instrumentation, a muted chorus, and some of Roots' finest lyricism ever. There aren't many artists who can remain this consistent, but, then again, Manuva isn't like most artists.
