If you didn't already know, #GRIMETIMEWARP alumni Ghostly has a new EP out called Recon. The new EP's centrepiece is this track "Slap Yourself", and to give it a boost, he's drafted in fellow barrers AJ Tracey and Jammz. Bottling some sky-high energy, the three MCs collide on a remix that is bursting at the seams with dense production and blistering lyricism, threatening to spill over into chaos at any moment. Somehow, order is just about maintained and we're left with an off-kilter and brilliantly weird piece of Eski-tinged grime. With all this energy, it's no wonder the young guns are taking over.
