UPDATE 8/27/15: The U.K. Home Office has released an official statement on the matter explaining their decision, which you can read below.

Coming to the UK is a privilege, and we expect those who come here to respect our shared values. The Home Secretary has the power to exclude an individual if she considers that his or her presence in the UK is not conducive to the public good or if their exclusion is justified on public policy grounds.

If Australia wasn't enoughTyler, The Creator has now revealed that he's not allowed to go to the United Kingdom for the next three to five years. Tyler broke the disappointing news to fans on Twitter when he announced a bulk of canceled shows in the near future. He later went on to explain that he's not allowed back in the country based on some of his lyrics from back in 2009. As Tyler pointed out, he was just in England eight weeks ago, though the ban must have been put into effect between now and then.

Tyler's manager, Christian Clancy, later posted about the issue on Tumblr, and said that they received a letter from the Secretary of State for Home Department of the United Kingdom. The full post can be read here, but in it, Clancy said that they wrote that Tyler's work encourages violence and intolerance towards homosexuality.
