Toro Y Moi surprise released a new album called Samantha earlier today via a Dropbox link posted to Instagram. The 20-song tracklist features appearances from Kool A.D., Rome Fortune, SAFE, and more and counts as the South Carolina producer and singer's second release this year, following What For? in April. Samantha was reportedly recorded between a more than three-year stretch beginning in January 2012 in Berkeley, California.
