Justin Bieber is finally back with new music, and he's already put an impressive promotional push behind the track. Bieber announced "What Do You Mean?" way back in July and has been counting down ever since, most recently enlisting a bunch of celebrities and just about everyone else on Twitter with the song's corresponding hashtag. The track is presumably the first single from Bieber's next album, we already know that a collaboration with Drake might be in the works, and a strong feature alongside Diplo and Skrillex is right behind him.
Now that we have the track, a forwardly pop number with some Tropical EDM sounds firmly in place, we can look forward to Bieber performing "What Do You Mean?" at the VMAs and cross our fingers that more music is on the way. Watch the lyric video below.
