With a steadily growing acting career, Hailee Steinfeld might have previously best known for her Oscar-nominated performance in 2010's True Grit. However, the actress made her first steps into music this past year with her role in this spring's Pitch Perfect 2, playing The Trinity in Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" music video and most recently jumping on a song with Shawn Mendes this summer titled "Stitches."

Following the recent release of her debut single "Love Myself," Hailee is now dropping the song's accompanying video. While at first listen the song seems innocently enough about self-confidence, the body-suit reading "Self Service" instantly eliminates doubt as the lyrics "I'm going to put my body first / and love me so hard till it hurts" fall into focus. Produced by the masterminds behind 1989Tove Lo's  Queen Of The Clouds and even Carly Rae Jepsen's highly-anticipated new pop record EMOTION known as Mattman and Robin, "Love Myself's" sky-scraping chorus soars among its pop counterparts with throbbing basslines and triumphant piano shooting the singer's summer-awakening into an anthemic call to arms - or hands.

The Hannah Lux Davis-directed video finds the singer touching the pain away as windswept hair and New York City twirls finds Hailee quite literally singing from the rooftops that she can love herself "anytime day or night." If the song already reaching the #1 Spot on Spotify's Global Viral list is any indication, there are already a lot of people feeling good on their own. Here's to all the moms unknowingly playing this on the radio during carpool!
