Madlib and MF DOOM are two of the game's most eclectic musicians. They're prolific and mysterious, evil geniuses that have stood the test of time. In 2004, they recorded a record and called themselves Madvillain—Madlib was on the boards and DOOM was on the mic. Their fans have been clamoring for a follow-up ever since, and the duo has been teasing the project for quite some time now, adding fuel to the fire. Today two new Madvillain tracks have found their way onto the 'net. DOOM will be performing at the Vanguard Music Festival in Denmark this weekend and the word is he'll be performing songs off the highly anticipated Madvillainy 2, so this is a good sign of things to come.

The first is called "Untitled" featuring frequent Madlib collaborator M.E.D. It sounds like hot butter, with Madlib's signature sounds of comedy album samples, heavy bass, and filthy loops.

The second is called "Travis 911," a song about a monkey that was killed in 1999. DOOM mentioned that he wanted to tell the story from the monkey's point-of-view in a 2009 New Yorker profile penned by the now famous Ta-Nehisi Coates.
