Just days after announcing plans to release a sequel to his classic 1994 debut Regulate...G Funk Era, Warren G has unleashed a Nate Dogg collaboration entitled "My House." Speaking to Billboard, Warren G expressed excitement at the prospect of unearthing some previously unheard Nate Dogg verses — deeming their release one of historical importance. "I feel real good that I am getting the chance to let people hear a lot of that sound that has been missing [in] hip-hop," he says. "I finally have records that I had in the archives that I put together to let the world hear some of that G Funk that they’ve been missing and wanting to hear for a long time."
Regulate...G Funk Era Part II also features appearances from E-40, Jeezy, Bun B, and Too $hort and will be celebrated with a pair of shows in New York City (August 9) and Los Angeles (August 13). The EP will be available August 6.
