Chris Brown is currently barred from leaving the Philippines, and was stopped from exiting the country just as he was about to board his private jet on Tuesday night, according to CNN. Breezy's latest legal issues stems from owing money to a promoter in the Philippines over a missed show earlier in the year, and the order to keep him in the country came directly from the Philippines Department of Justice.

The promoter, John Michael Pio Roda, was also barred from leaving the country while all parties attempt to work this out. Brown is currently on a tour across Asia, with shows scheduled in Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Cyprus, though he already canceled one of the shows for later in this week. We'll continue to update this story as more details become available.

#TeamBreezyJakarta due to safety concerns my show on July 25th will be rescheduled! Let's keep spreading love around the world! #Pray4Peace
