Over the weekend, Chance the Rapper and Kanye West shared the bill on the RBC Ottawa Bluesfest, and while the two have both supported and shown love for each other since Chance's Acid Rap success, it seems like we can finally see something come together between the Chicago stars. Over the weekend, in front of the festival crowd, West called Chance the Rapper "one of the most talented young new artists" and gave a glowing endorsement of Surf.  Today, Chance appeared on Windy City LIVE! and before performing "Sunday Candy," he sat down with Val Warner to speak on his forthcoming Pitchfork set this weekend and meeting with Kanye.

"Me and Kanye and a lot of Chicago artists are working on a collaborative effort that will be released tentatively," Chance said during the interview. Could this mean that he'll be getting Kanye involved in more of his local shows and efforts? Or will we finally get that highly anticipated collaboration on record?
