After a social media blackout on June 1 that had fans of The 1975 up in arms about a potential breakup, the band's subsequent return to social media provided a huge sigh of relief. Coated in a new shade of pink, the band returned with a personally penned letter to fans, squashing breakup fears with the announcement they are working on their second full-length album along with a string of UK tour dates "in venues we have loved and places that feel intimate to do a proper new show."
