After months of staying quiet, TDE veteran Jay Rock finally treats his fans with new music, as he drops his new track, "Money Trees Deuce." The Flippa- and J Proof-produced song shows that Kendrick Lamar isn't the lone member of TDE be influenced by jazz. "I told my niggas if you hold me back from pursuing ain't no coming back," he raps on the chorus over a slow-burning horn arrangement.

In March TDE CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith promised a follow-up to Jay Rock's 2011 debut Follow Me Home is on the way. This new joint is the first indication of such an album and is the first new track from the gruff rapper since he dropped "Pay For It" in October.
