Forget pilot season, what television really needs is Yeezy season. Vice is expected to announce its new TV channel soon and is reportedly developing a show with Kanye West and Spike Jonze, according to Capital New York. West and Jonze have previously worked together on the videos for "Flashing Lights," "Otis," and "Only One," as well as the short film We Were Once a Fairytale

A spokesperson for Vice told the website, "There is no show, no concept, no definitive title or format." But it's clear something is on the way. "Spike and Kanye are long time collaborators and continue to work together on a variety of projects," the spokesperson added.

The new network will get another show from another musician-director team. Arcade Fire and Roman Coppola are making a music show titled Here Comes the Nighttime. It'll feature musicians and comedians and is modeled after the 2013 special from the band and Coppola.

Expect more formal announcements about the Vice channel soon. And expect an ecstatic series of tweets from Kanye if the show goes forward.
