Offset and Rich The Kid called into Hot 107.9's Durtty Boyz radio show tonight, May 15, to give fans and Atlanta an update on their situation. Last month the two, alongside Quavo and Takeoffwere arrested on stage in Georgia on gun and drug charges. Quavo and Takeoff have been released, but Offset and Rich The Kid still find themselves behind bars.

In the seven minute clip, Offset and Rich decided to address some of the false rumors that have been circulating in the media. The Migos rapper repeatedly stated that he never cursed out the judge or the district attorney, saying that would be crazy to do. He also explained that there is a possibility that he may face a longer stint because of smaller chargers he picked up for fighting, but he firmly believes that he could be free in three months time. Both acknowledged that racism played a part in their arrest, with Rich reiterating that they are being held on false charges. They also blamed Noisey's ATL documentaries, which have been used against them in court, too. .
