"Jada" does not see the same charismatic, confident trap queen DonMonique that made "Pilates," her previous track, so catchy and enjoyable. Instead, we are introduced to the darker, colder side of the Brooklyn rapper; a calculated Queen B equally liable to steal your mans or rob your mans, depending on her mood that day. Her clever wordplay laces the steely production of New York based producer, Stelios Phili. The entire track has a menacing feeling to it, as if we are listening to the soundtrack to a home invasion; in that vein, it is only fitting then that DonMonique ends "Jada" with a memorable clip from the movie Set It Off.
