Post Malone, 11:00PM @ Mod Club (Details)

In just three short months, Post Malone has gone from a virtual unknown to a star-in-waiting. On the strength of his wavy breakout single “White Iverson,” the Dallas-bred, now Los Angeles-based artist is on the cusp of a major come up, and Toronto is lucky enough to host him right as he’s about to take off. The triple-threat singer/rapper/producer dropped the FKi-assisted single on Soundcloud in February, and 3.2 million plays later, its infectious hook is opening major doors for the as-of-yet unsigned artist. From his covers on YouTube to his debut television appearance on Skee TV, it’s clear that Post Malone has the chops to pull off an impressive live performance. The public appetite for melodic rappers has never been stronger—think Fetty Wap, ILoveMakonnen, Dej Loaf, and Rich Homie Quan—and Post Malone could be the next one to blow up. Don’t miss him at the Mod Club tonight, performing alongside some of Toronto’s finest.
