Allelopathy is the new bold, conceptual undertaking from British singer, songwriter and producer, Laurel. The 5-track set comes as an atmospheric, sensually delightful journey, infused with Laurel's warm pop tones over tracks from the likes of FKA twigs, Yung Gud and Andru. The mixtape's an experimental extension of the sounds previously explored on her Holy Water EP; the sombre melancholy of said effort eschewing and resulting in an altogether genre-bending, haunting affair. Standouts include the enchanting "Avena" and the warped, bass-laden "Laurocerasus"—stream the project in its entirety right here:

Laurel will headline The Victoria, Dalston in May.
