According to Page Six, a California court is allowing Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's marriage proposal lawsuit against YouTube co-founder Chad Hurley to move forward in court. The original lawsuit dates back to 2013 when the couple accused Hurley of leaking their proposal video on his site, MixBit.

Hurley's lawyers initially appealed the lawsuit last year, but now the 2nd District Court in Los Angeles has ruled that the case can move forward because Kim and Kanye have shown that they can win the suit. Hurley originally posted the video on the site before it aired on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which is how the couple wanted it to be released.
