Reports of a Shooting at Lil Wayne's Miami Beach Home Today Were a Hoax

There has reportedly been a shooting at Lil Wayne's home in Miami Beach earlier today, WSVN-TV is reporting. Miami police were called to the home earlier after reports that shots were fired and four people may be injured but WSVN-TV is reporting that local police have not been able to make contact with anyone within the house, and S.W.A.T. is heading there right now. The caller was reportedly not within the home when they contacted local police.

TMZ is reporting that Wayne was not at home but this all comes just 11 days after a suspicious person was seen on the property. WPLG Local is additionally reporting that four people were shot at the home:

UPDATE: Miami Police give the all clear close to 3 p.m. EST after searching Wayne's home, it seems that the call-in was a hoax. We'll update with more details when they become available. You can tune in to WSVN-TV for updates right here.
