Back in September, Axwell /\ Ingrosso (aka two-thirds of the legendary EDM trio Swedish House Mafia) announced that they'd signed with Def Jam (aligning them with EDM acts like Afrojack and Alesso). Since then, these two have been embarking on an intriguing movement that's shown the duo is much more than the festival-ready house bits that littered their back catalog. After impressive outings like "Can't Hold Us Down" and "Something New," they're back with a new short film that marries the video for "Can't Hold Us Down" with a new one, "On My Way."

This short has been directed by Christian Larson, who not only worked on Jay and Bey's On The Run tour film, but also directed clips for Sigur Rós & Kylie Minogue, and this time out we get a real glimpse of where Axwell and Ingrosso are going. The film is of course a soundtrack for these bits, but it finds the two producer/DJs training for a showdown at a local fight club. It's not just shots of guys getting ripped, though; there are other tricks to be had, especially when mob bosses are involved. For those of you who peeped the "Something New" video, know that this film builds from there.

With word that their debut artist album is due out sometime on Def Jam/Virgin EMI later this year, a headlining gig at this year's Ultra Music Festival, and closing slots at Coachella, they're set to show the world that the SHM craze was no fluke.
