With the NBA All Star Game taking place in New York this weekend, it was only right for Puff Daddy to hold his own huge event to welcome tourists to the city. Teaming up with Hot 97, he and west coast legend Snoop Dogg have joined forced to throw "The Tip Off" concert at Madison Square Garden, which effectively brings the east and west together in an unprecedented event. The concert is already a special moment for Snoop, who has never performed at MSG before.
