Jay Z could be in the middle of some serious legal drama soon. Today, a report surfaced that a 21-year old aspiring New Jersey rapper and his family have filed a paternity suit against Hov. According to multiple reports, Rymir Satterthwaite claims that his mother hooked up with Jay in the early '90s and that now, Jay is trying to dodge a paternity test that would prove the story true. Additionally, the suit claims that at Hov submitted false information to a court on the matter to intentionally halt the claim.

According to the NYDN, Satterthwaite's legal guardian, Lillie Coley, filed the suit against Jay in December. The original question in the case arose back in 2010 when the family tried to force Jay to take a paternity test. The original claim was reportedly dismissed by a New Jersey judge due to jurisdictional issues after Jay's lawyer argued that the rap mogul lived in Manhattan and not New Jersey. Thus, Coley and the family are arguing that this was fraudulent information used by Jay and his team to avoid taking the test.

As far as Satterthwaite's rap career goes, TMZ was able to obtain footage of one of his videos, which you can view below. We will continue to update this story as it unfolds.
