The 15 year-old rapper Chris Miles has been pretty busy since signing a $1.5 million dollar record deal with Warner/Chappell last summer. His debut EP, Birth of Cool, dropped in December and industry giants like 50 Cent, Meaghan Trainor, and Mac Miller have already stepped up in support of the young artist. For many fans, the MC's recent success has been a long time coming. Chris Miles got his first taste of fame in 2012, after his America’s Got Talent audition video went viral. His skills didn’t land him a spot on the show but, considering everything he’s got going for him right now, he’s probably not too hung up on it.
In the music video for his EP's most recent single, “Conversations,” Miles strolls around New York City, rapping to his crush about young love and how “sexy” it is that she understands his taste in music.
