After releasing her stunning video for "Chandelier" last year, Sia is back with another cinematic visuals for "Elastic Heart." She enlists Maddie Ziegler, the 12-year-old dancer who starred in her last video, along with the man, the myth, the legend: Shia LaBeouf. In the Daniel Askill-directed video, the two put on quite the performance. LaBeouf, as the world knows, is a fan of performance art; nearly one year ago, he set up his #IAMSORRY performance art piece at The Cohen Gallery in Los Angeles.

Our friends over at Pigeons & Planes interviewed Ziegler last year, which you can read here. The song is the second single from 1,000 Forms of Fear, which is out now.

UPDATE: Sia took to Twitter earlier today to apologize if her video for "Elastic Heart" made people feel uncomfortable.

The apology comes after Youtube commenters and Twitter users alike yesterday were disturbed by the video, some even going as far as saying there were connotations of "pedophilia." Sia's video was inspired by her loving yet complicated relationship with her father, and while Maddie and Shia's interactions and interpretive dances within the video strived to show that, people seemed to think there was an underlying creepiness to the visuals.
