Miami-native QuESt is ready to build off of his strong year in 2014, as he debuts his new video for "Automatic," which was one of the many standout tracks from his Searching Slyvan album. In the Jonathan Benavente-directed video, QuESt matches his intense lyricism and rapid flow with stunning shots of New York City in the first half of the clip, but then soon transitions to the brilliant scenery in Miami where he slows down his pace and focuses in on the delivery of the emotional wordplay.
QuESt's personal and open lyrics on the track are what really stands out, as he raps, "Mama like fuck it, fussing over money, pay the bill, or get your lazy ass out, no frontin', you ain't saying nothing, I just started packing, I was out the door before she could stop to say something."
QuESt is primed for a big year in 2015, as he recently announced that he is branching off from Visionary Music Group to focus on his overall growth as an artist moving forward. While the wait is on for QuESt's next project, his Searching Slyvan album is available to stream and download here.
