The National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences is not happy with award show ticket seller VIP Concierge. According to TMZ, the Academy caught wind of the company obtaining and unlawfully selling a handful of tickets to next month's 57th Annual Grammy Awards.

According to the lawsuit, the tickets are not transferrable, and anyone caught with the unauthorized tickets will be escorted out of the Staples Center. To add insult to injury, VIP Concierge is selling the tickets with the iconic gramophone logo and deeming it "Music's Biggest Night." Here's a picture from the site:

With that bold and brash description, Macklemore stock photo and clear view of the logo, it's clear that VIP Concierge does not give a fuck—I mean, Macklemore isn't even nominated this year! The Academy is asking that the offending seller be ruled legally out of bounds to sell their tickets. The 57th Annual Grammy Awards takes place on Feb. 8.
