The life of New Orleans rapper Lil Snupe was tragically cut short last year, but his music will live on through a new posthumous project due out next year titled R.N.I.C. II: Jonesboro. Tonight, the first single from the project titled "Meant 2 Be" featuring Boosie Badazz. The high energy song displays the raw talent of Snupe, with his rap style being a hybrid of New Orleans swagger with very distinct East Coast delivery. Boosie Badazz gives a spirited feature verse on the song as well, which sees both rappers join for the first time. There's no question that Snupe was in line to be a major star in rap, and this song definitely proves that he had the charisma to do so. R.N.I.C. II: Jonesboro will be released on Feb. 15th, and you can pre-order it here.
