After suffering a bike accident two weeks ago in Central Park, Bono will be on the bench tonight for tonight's World AIDS Day concert event in Times Square. Under doctor's orders, he's not to perform again until he's recovered from his injuries, but Bono's gone ahead to make sure U2's headlining performance won't be short on quality.

While "U2 minus 1" will see Chris Martin and Bruce Springsteen fill Bono's shoes for U2, he's also recruited Kanye West and Carrie Underwood to perform as well.

Kanye, who's back from working in China on the latest Yeezi, is set to help kick-off the event at 7:30 PM. You can catch his performance on the live stream above or watch it on YouTube here

UPDATE: Watch Kanye's full set, which included "Power," "Jesus Walks," "Black Skinhead," "Stronger," and "Touch the Sky" above.
