Jhené Aiko has had a pretty crazy year; she dropped her Souled Out album, went on tour with The Weeknd, and then kicked off her own headlining tour, which is underway now, alongside SZA and The Internet. Safe to say that Jhené has the winning formula figured out. Today, she revisits the album with the debut of her new video for "Wading," one of the more emotional songs from the project, and she wasted no time channeling that energy into the visual.
She plays a private dancer in an underground, seedy club while one of the club's employees seems to be protecting her from the lifestyle she is living. A very well choreographed fight ensues all while Jhené looks on terrified and a Swat team prepares to raid the club.
