Toronto-based rapper Jazz Cartier has released his artistic new video for the single "Count On Me." An ode to teenage love, interracial relationships and the drama that surrounds them, Jazz is flanked by a number of beautiful women as he raps in multiple settings. The Aaron A directed video is very stylized, blending Jazz's outfits against the mostly bright settings, and allows the rapper's natural charisma jumps off the screen.
