West coast singer-songwriter Ty Dolla $ign has had an amazing 2014, complete with chart topping songs and a successful solo tour. Tonight, Ty$ has dropped some unreleased material to hold fans over until the release of his debut album next year. "Lies & Dreams" sees Ty$ take a break from the ratchet R&B style as he slows it down for the ladies, with Bay Area rapper IAMSU! joining in to drop a fitting feature verse.
Showing that he can easily make feel-good R&B just as easily as he can make party tunes, this song is a great example of Ty$'s versatility as he croons about the trustworthiness of his new girl. "Lies & Dreams" won't appear on Ty$'s album Free TC, but this will certainly be a great extension to his $ign Language mixtape which dropped a few months ago. Stream the song below.
