We know that Activia Benz supports only the best music they can find, but their next release from Montreal phenom Toboggan is one of the better releases we've heard this year, and his forthcoming Nueva Pompeya EP is truly next level. Featuring three originals and a remix for each tune, this one ignores the constraints of genres and rides the grooves within a dark vibe throughout the entire release. The title track is unarguably the best release on this EP, and the house flip by fellow Canadian Xavier León is a cinematic masterpiece, in our opinion. Activia Benz decided to let this free as a heads up ahead of their December 15th release, and we highly suggest you follow them on SoundCloud so this one can pop up in your stream in a couple of weeks. Trust us when we say that the rest of the EP is worth the effort.
