Avant-garde techno producer, Snasen, has just released a new EP of tracks that only just qualify as techno. Each production is gritty, yet somehow ambient with delicate melodies and a deep, overarching atmosphere that ties the whole of Grok together. Born out of frustration at the mixing process involved with releasing his debut album, Snasen locked himself away in his studio for a month in a bid to return to doing what he loves most: making music. In that session, the painstakingly meticulous beatsmith found himself at his most prolific yet, recording eight tracks—five of which were used in this set. Grok is out now on Sellout Music, and you can stream the full thing down below. Snasen's debut album is due to drop next year February.
