MC, host, and producer Majestic has teamed up with the mysterious CGI-animated MC Jungle 70 for his latest single, "Creeping In The Dark". Not only that, but Grant Nelson has stepped in to transform it into a peak-time banger that charts the history of UK garage and bassline.
Starting off with a string-led UK garage masterclass before cleansing the musical palette with a deep, bouncy bassline, Nelson pays homage to classic garage. But then it goes deeper; he deploys a gut-rumbling bassline before further drawing on warehouse rave with the "Aciiiiid!" refrain and the heavier bass licks of more recent UK garage and bassline house.
This one is perfect for the late, late nights when the crowd's flagging. It's out on MistaJam's Speakerbox and Public Demand Records soon.
