It's been almost two months since we last heard from Boots with the release of his captivating video for "Mercy," but he changes that today, as he drops his new song titled "I Run Roulette." Trying to box this track into one lone category would be a disservice to Boots, mainly because his wide variety of sounds combined together are almost impossible to label. Even so, Boots shines on this release, channeling a 90s alternative rock feel at the beginning while mixing in his strong vocals with the drum-heavy, experimental production. Not to be complacent, the track takes a serious turn when both Boots and the production transition into a fast-paced blur that features a variety of claps and guitar riffs that will almost make you forget how mellow it started out.
