Alix Perez is a producer I've loved seeing progress. From a captivating dnb prodigy to the bass music behemoth that he is, he's really grown into his own, incorporating everything from hip-hop to dubstep into his productions. He recently produced a few cuts on the new Foreign Beggars EP, Modus, and took FACT's Against The Clock challenge, making a fat beat in 10 minutes. It sounds simple off the rip, but he really gets this track bumping. No download on this bit (sorry), but it's enough to—in the very least—get you recognizing the skill.
