For the longest, one of the only names I had to associate with was Jehst, and while this is the first time I've purposefully listened to a track he was on, I'm very into the end result. Taken from Om Unit's forthcoming eight-track Metalheadz release Inversion, this track is all kinds of eerie and excellent. Jehst is referencing The Infamous-era Mobb Deep while weaving intricate lines inside of Om Unit's murky instrumental. It ends almost as suddenly as it begins, culminating with a spoken word outro that's dope... kind of wish there was a dub version of this one somewhere. Definitely a great sign of things to come. You can pre-order Inversion before its November 17 release.
