The past few months have been quiet the journey for Detroit own's DeJ Loaf, with her hit single "Try Me" helping her burst onto the scene and eventually leading her to a deal with Columbia Records. Building on that growing success - the video for "Try Me" has already accumulated over three million views and received an official remix from Remy Ma and Ty Dolla $ign - DeJ debuts her brand new mixtape, Sell Sole, this afternoon. The tape not only includes the remix with Remy and Ty, but also boasts feature appearances from Young Thug and Birdman.
DeJ is wasting no time to promote the gritty new project, scheduling two events in NYC today in support of the tape. First, she will be conducting a meet & greet at Beats SoHo on 67 Greene Street from 4-6 p.m. before heading to Santos for the official premiere show for the tape where the doors will open at 7 p.m. If you missed it yesterday, DeJ debuted her new video for "Bird Call," which is one of the many standout cuts from the project.
