After months of online and radio support, Donae'O has finally unleashed the official video for his November 9-landing single, "What Is Love"—which is a reworking of Haddaway's seminal 1993 dance anthem of the same name. Described by MistaJam (BBC Radio 1Xtra) as being "not only credible, not only current, but vocally better than the original", the London native is seemingly on to a win here.

Donae'O has spent the best part of a decade influencing underground sounds, spanning genres from grime to funky house, and now "What Is Love" threatens to be the track to introduce him again to a newer, younger generation of (deep) house music raver.

The visuals, shot across various London locations, captures the summertime spirit of the record, with the hustle and bustle of Oxford Circus at the centre of it all. Also, be on the lookout for cameos from a few of Donae'O's friends, including Princess Nyah, Jamal Edwards, Skepta and the rest of the BBK crew. Watch the Morgan Keyz-directed video for "What Is Love", after the jump. It's a Complex UK first look.
