Chris Brown settled another one of his legal battles this morning when he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge in a Washington D.C. court. Breezy won't see any additional jail time after being sentenced to time served as part of the plea deal in the case that stems back to an incident last October when Breezy allegedly hit a fan who was trying to take a picture with him. Brown had originally plead not guilty in the case and a trial was scheduled to get underway in April before the plea deal was agreed upon this morning. Brown was released from a California jail in June after serving 131 days for a separate incident.

"I would like to say to the court that I'm sorry," Brown said in a brief statement at the courthouse this morning. Breezy's new album, X, is set to drop later this month on September 16.
