In June of 2013, we got to take a look at the mansion in Hollywood Hills that Calvin Harris bought for $7 million. It was pretty damn chill, but we guess that's not enough for a producer/DJ that not only broke 10 million Spotify streams in one week, but topped the Forbes "Electronic Cash Kings" list for the second year in a row (with reported earnings of $66 million). Variety is reporting that Calvin Harris recently put down over $15 million on this 2.66 acre compound that has "10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms in 18,000 square feet of interior space that includes a newly constructed main house with four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms." There are two guesthouses (one with its own private pool and spa), staff housing (complete with a three-car garage and commercial elevator), and another swimming pool. You can check pictures of this extraordinary space up above.

Word is also hitting that Calvin's confirmed that an album will be released sometime before the end of 2014. As you'll see below, a tweet about having some new material on the way turned into Calvin stating that an album would be out this year. That's a short window of time, but you've been forewarned.

A lot of new songs coming out soon
