Though we're not going to see him perform live anywhere until 2015, convalescing Swedish EDM hit-maker Avicii continues to release new singles in preparation for Stories, the 2015 follow-up artist album to his 2013 genre-melding release True. "The Days" has already been featured as part of an ad campaign with Ralph Lauren, and if thinking that folk-electro was a one album deal, think again. Four-on-the-floor kicks, Mumford and Sons-trending melodies and lush, soulful vocals dominate here. The track is scheduled to be released worldwide on October 3 domestically, with the UK release date being November 23; iTunes pre-orders of the single are being accepted now. There is yet no word as to the 2015 release date of Avicii's next album.
