TMZ is reporting that Amber Rose is filing for divorce from Wiz Khalifa, and is seeking full custody of their one-year old son, Sebastian. The report states that the couple split on Monday due to irreconcilable differences in the relationship. Though Amber is seeking full custody of their son, she is willing to give Wiz visitation rights, according to TMZ. The couple officially married last July, and celebrated with a ceremony later in the fall. The real reason for the divorce is not clear at this time, but TMZ's report indicates that infidelity may be the cause for the split.

UPDATE: Amber took to her Twitter this morning to speak out for the first time since the news broke. In her tweets, which can be seen below, Amber says that she never cheated in the relationship, but she can't say the same for Wiz.
UPDATE: According to TMZ, Wiz just filed his response to Amber's divorce petition and will be seeking joint custody in the case. The report also states that the couple has come to terms with a prenup agreement and that Amber will be receiving around $1 million plus spousal support, which will equal out to around $5,000 per month.

According to TMZ, Wiz split with Amber weeks before she filed for divorce, with one source claiming Wiz, "didn't want to be married to her anymore."
Wiz reportedly moved out of their house and got his own place. The day before Amber filed her petition for divorce, she went over to Wiz's new spot unannounced at 2 a.m. in the morning, where she found her husband with another woman. As it would seem, this incident ultimately set off Amber's decision to file for divorce. From what sources close to the situation claim, Wiz doesn't believe he was cheating, as he made it clear before this incident that the marriage was over.
