Gucci Mane can't seem to catch a break. The Atlanta rapper was sentenced to 39 months in a federal prison after being convicted for a firearms charge that dates back to last September. Gucci will be locked up for at least 28 more months, as he's already served 11 months behind bars. Similarly, Meek Mill was denied early parole this week. Based on reports, he will be locked away till at least October, which pushes back the release of his sophomore album Dreams Worth More Than Money indefinitely.

In more inspiring news, J. Cole visited Ferguson, Mo. to pay respects to Michael Brown and support protesters, while Drake showed his support for ALS by completing the Ice Bucket Challenge. That, and Nicki Minaj dropped one of the sexiest music videos of all time for "Anaconda." Check out all that and more in What The Hell Just Happened In Music This Week?
