It's gonna be a busy Fall for Teyana Taylor. The 23-year-old G.O.O.D. Music singer can be seen nearly everywhere over the next few months, promoting the release of an album (7, out October 21 on Def Jam), a TV show (The Start Up on BET starting October 14, featuring Diggy Simmons), the current Testimony Tour with August Alsina, and a hair extensions line (Taylor'd Textures). But she recently found time to stop by the Complex offices to give us the lowdown on those upcoming projects and more, like her newest single, "Maybe," featuring Yo Gotti and Pusha T.

Taylor also dished on some of the lessons she's learned working under Kanye West at G.O.O.D., including how to handle her album before it's finished, the freedom that affords her to create in secret, and why she won’t be playing ‘Ye unfinished music again anytime soon. She also talked about what the album's vibe will be like ("chill"), and why she needed Gotti and Pusha to be a part of "Maybe."

Check out the conversation with Teyana Taylor above, and watch the music video for "Maybe" right here.
