New Main Course goody on deck here and you should already know, as they keep lacing us with heatrocks on what seems like almost a daily basis at this point. This one has a bit of story, though. LA based producer Trooko has a history of being a frequent collaborator with the gawd Switch, and has released tracks on his legendary Dubsided Records imprint, arguably one of the most influential house music oriented labels of all time. Of course Main Course tracks this dude down and lands one of the headiest and funkiest deep house flavored cuts I've heard in what feels like forever. Definitely laced in that classic forward-thinking Dubsided mindset, "Something Unusual" is definitely that but feels like it gives your dancefloor a great big hug at the same time. This is flames.
